Set within 140 acres of forest, pastures and waterways, The Village of Oakbrook includes seventeen spacious residential lots and a 10-acre commercial area that will host a small collection of tasteful retail shops and restaurants.

We also created a 100-acre conservation greenway that includes walking paths, wooded areas and Johnson’s Brook, which has been deemed a “blue line” waterway by the Tennessee Land Development Services board.

The Village of Oakbrook is located conveniently along East Brainerd Road in Ooltewah just before reaching Parker’s Gap. This is one of only three passes through White Oak Mountain, and the most significant access artery for traffic traveling from East Hamilton County.
